Cape Town and its surrounding areas have many big mountains that offer beautiful flying conditions, choosing the right site on the right day is important if you want to have a nice flying day. Sky Safari offers a site guide to the best sites within the Western Cape. Book a guide for a day or a few days, we will choose the site, assist with site briefings and have radio communication with you during your flight, so you can get the most out of your flying day.

You can either book a multi-day guided tour or choose to do individual guided days during your stay here. You will be picked up at your accommodation and go fly the whole day. Sites you might be taken to will depend on your own experience

Over the last 10 years paragliding equipment has become lighter and more compact with many designers focusing on making hike and fly paragliding more accessible and safer to pilots of all skill levels. To hike and fly safely a fit pilot can hike up almost any mountain, assess the weather conditions, take-off area, landing options, and fly from there.
